Parag Ray, BA, BSW, MSW, RSW
Parag Ray brings over two decades of frontline and leadership experience across social work, mental health, and family legal systems. With a background in clinical social work, mental health crisis intervention, and public service, she has cultivated a career dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations and empowering families.
She has served in various capacities—including working with the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and consulting on child protection and custody matters—where she honed her skills in assessment, mediation, and trauma-informed care.
Parag’s expertise is particularly notable in:
